We are currently looking for a passionateEvents Sales Executive, to join our Sales & Marketing teamon a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As an Events Sales Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Ensure all enquiries and prices quoted are in accordance with the monthly yield parameters, consult the Events Revenue Manager.

Deal with all client enquiries ensuring all clients receive relevant quotes and proposals

Attend any relevant meetings, conduct client show rounds, and assist with social events, trade shows and special events on behalf of the Royal Lancaster London.

Bring service innovations to the monthly meeting to ensure the hotel is constantly improving its clients relations and increasing revenue.

Ensure all client confirmations and handover correspondence are passed to Events department for contracting in a timely manner showing attention to detail.
