£45,000 - £48,000 p/annum
Introduction:
An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Senior Interior Designer to join a busy and fast-growing Interior Design studio right in Central London. This is for a fixed term contract of 9 months with the potential to extend on to a Permanent basis. Our client has an outstanding portfolio of luxury F&B, Hospitality and Residential projects. This role would be ideal for an experienced Mid-weight Interior Designer or Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in the luxury Hospitality sector in London. A competitive salary and package are available for the right individual as well as Hybrid working 1 day per week.

Duties:
- Develop creative interior and FF&E designs for hospitality and residential projects
- Produce detailed design documentation, including CAD drawings, joinery, and tender packs
- Oversee construction and shop drawings, ensuring FF&E specifications meet design intent and operational functionality
- Manage the studios workflow, mentoring junior designers, and optimizing resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, presenting concepts and problem-solving feedback
- Oversee on-site project management across the UK and Europe, ensuring designs are implemented correctly and on schedule
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Designer, Architecture or similar field
- Strong experience in hospitality and residential interior design with a focus on FF&E
- A background in managing detailed schedules for FF&E fit-out
- Expertise in Vectorworks is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe suite for presentations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience leading hospitality and residential projects, including FF&E procurement and installation
