A day in the life of

As Reception Supervisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests responding to any queries and or compliants in a professional, efficient and timely manner, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Liase with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Based in the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesnt always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. The ideal candidiate will have proven expirence in a similar role, using Microsoft Office and hold and excellent knowledge of Opera. Detailed knowledge of Front Office operations in a hotel is also exremely desireable.
