A day in the life of

As Leisure Attendant, you will work with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have the perfect experience within our hotel. Team work is everything! You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose and serve with enthusiasm and you understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.

Based in the Mercure Maidstone hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesnt always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
