- Utilising Outstanding Local Produce which showcases The Best of The Lakes, guests come to this restaurant to experience Simple Dishes Cooked Incredibly Well, with a dash of creativity!
- As Head Chef, youll have the support of a team who combine tremendous talent with a real desire to improve and progress their own careers. Taking a firm interest in their personal development is essential.
- Working for True Independent Hospitality Operators with many years experience in the industry, youll be given a brilliant platform to help create and deliver a Menu thats Bursting with Flavour!
