The hotel has all the charm of the historic building with beautifully adorned rooms celebrating the hotels original features.
The hotel is home to a beautiful fine dining restaurant, serving classic and modern British cuisine in a luxurious atmosphere. For this role it is essential that you have worked up to at least Assistant Restaurant Manager level within a high level fine dining restaurant.

• Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
• Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele

• Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
