Maintenance Person - Dorchester

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our client's property management team based on the outskirts of Dorchester. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive annual salary of £26,000.

As our Maintenance Person, you will provide support in the maintenance of a range of properties, including holiday lets, residential homes, and business premises. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing scheduled repairs and maintenance
• Conducting basic plumbing and decorating tasks
• Undertaking grounds maintenance
• Driving guests and assisting with hospitality functions
• Liaising with contractors

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have previous experience in general maintenance tasks. You will also demonstrate the ability to minimise disruptions for guests and businesses. Additionally, we require you to have:

• A valid UK driving licence
• Basic DIY skills
• Experience in outdoor activities, specifically grounds maintenance
• Flexibility in dealing with emergencies and functions
