Job Description

Our client, an established architectural practice, is currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team based in Lewes.

You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that has an excellent reputation in the area as well as the opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects,including hotels, schools, multi unitresidential projects and retrofit schemes .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to work on within a busy architectural practice with excellent training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Highly Proficient in either Vectorworks, Revit or AutoCAD
  • Work collaboratively as well as independently at times
  • Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets
  • Dealing with clients, and a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Manage and delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Run projects and manage project teams

Requirements:

  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Project Management skills
  • Live within a commutable distance of Lewes
  • Good knowledge of all RIBA Stages

Remuneration:

  • Competitive salary (£38,000 - £50,000)
  • Contributory Pension
  • Two days working from home after probation
  • Paid Overtime
  • Company Funded Social Events
