We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commis chef to join the kitchen team as this prestigious college with several F&B outlets. As Commis Chef you will support a kitchen team and prepare, cook and assess all dishes before leaving the kitchen, for taste, presentation and food quality.

The Person
The Successful Commis Chef will have the following

• Experience as a commis chef or apprentice chef
• Good communication skills: able to relate well with Staff, Students, Contractors and Suppliers
• A passion for cooking
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Available to work various shift patterns 5 days out of 7
