Head Chef required for lively walker's hotel and bar, with restaurant. Ability to manage a team (currently 6), costings and sourcing essential.
We are an independent hotel in a unique location, at the head of the Wasdale valley in the Lake District - the closest hotel to Scafell Pike, England's tallest mountain, and Wastwater, England's deepest lake.
