Part-time, term time only Catering Assistant required in Bridgwater TA6

• £11.44 per hour
• 20 26.25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

About the job

• Prepare food in accordance with agreed recipes/methods
• Preparing food for chilled and or hot transportation
• Decant and/or serve food where required
• Maintain food safety records.
• Refill and replace consumables
• Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy

The right candidate

• Happy to undertake a DBS criminal record check prior to starting work
• Experience of working in a catering environment & within a team
• Good communication skills, and literacy / numeracy skills
• Experience of cooking/food preparation for large numbers
• Willingness to gain recognised catering qualification
• Flexibility to undertake holiday cleans when required
