Senior Paid Media Manager - Fixed Term 12 months

We have a great opportunity to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months as a Senior Paid Media Manager.

Your key accountabilities and purpose of the role would be to : Grow traffic and ROI through Paid Media channels.

Ideally you will have a retail or media agency background and be used to working at pace.

The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to network with our wider business and build relationships with the online team, marketing and technology teams.

Knowledge:

• Plan, develop and implement the company wide Paid Media strategy covering, but not limited to, Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping and Display.
• Manage and develop direct report paid media manager
• Proactively promote best practice across our paid media channels
• Daily optimisation to grow revenue and ROI
• Hands on management of our Paid media activity and budget
• Define Paid media KPI frameworks and reporting processes
• Undertake ad hoc research/analysis/ troubleshooting when required by the business

Skills:

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise tasks based on what is best for the business
• Strong project management and time management skills to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines
• Excel as part of a team and an organisation which values collaboration
• Ability to communicate Paid Media channel detail in a way that is easy to understand
• Excellent attention to detail is a must
• Creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
