A prestigious aesthetic clinic in the heart of West London is seeking an experienced Front of House/Clinic Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The clinic specialises in medical and aesthetic procedures, working directly with medical consultants and the Medical Director. This state-of-the-art clinic offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual looking to grow in the industry. Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety as the top priority
• Demonstrate passion for achieving the best results
• Manage front desk activities, including appointment scheduling and maintaining a welcoming reception area
• Conduct post-treatment follow-ups with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the clinical team

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in medical reception or aesthetic/beauty front of house roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products (training will be provided)
• Team player with a positive attitude towards work

Absolute Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of high end aesthetic treatments is essential

Please note this is a full-time permanent position requiring you to work 40 hours a week over five days. The clinic is open six days a week so you would be expected to work on a Saturday on a rota basis.
