Our client, an award winning pub & restaurant in Oxfordshire, is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef, A traditional village pub and restaurant serving fresh, seasonal local produce.

Salary £32 - £35K plus Trunk

The Role

• Running and managing the kitchen in support of Head Chef
• Encouraging and managing the team
• Ensuring preparation is to an exceptional standard.
• The kitchen team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence in a busy and vibrant atmosphere.

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills,
• Experience of working in Restaurants, ideally to exceptional standard,
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude,
• Steady Career History
• We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the passionate kitchen brigade.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of consistently outstanding dishes that exceed guests' expectations
