The Employer - seeking to appoint an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

  • A leading hotel operator that defines success whose Assistant Food and Beverage Managers role is vacated after many years service.
  • Diverse in nature and ever changing, the hotel is led by a team of professional hotelier who take nothing of granted, will challenge barriers and reward their team along the way.

The Essential Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Skills:

  • You will be an established hotel Assistant Food and Beverage or departmental head who has held responsibility for a P&L of £2m or more in leading UK hotels.
  • Resort or very large city centre hotel experience will suit though exposure to large events and multi F&B outlets is a must.
  • You will be an operator that will be involved with the service across the hotel.
