Temporary Breakfast Chef- You must be available for the following dates - Mon 23rd September- Tuesday 8th OctoberShifts- Monday- Friday 06.30am-2.30pm, Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm*Can offer live in for the period of booking.

The duties and responsibilities as Chef will be:
- Cooking high quality meals according to company policies across our many temporary functions
- Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of all stations and the general kitchen area.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to always ensure a smooth service.
- Be an experienced chef, with a real passion for cooking and for food.
- Have experience in running a section efficiently.
- Have a knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines and a real passion to learn.
- Certified Food Hygiene and a good knowledge of allergens and health and safety regulations.
- Be reliable, flexible and self-motivated.
