With a brigade of 4 chefs, they prepare a regularly changing menu to reflect the seasons.Everything including the bread is made in house using the finest fresh produce and this is all sourced locally where possible. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to train on all sections of the kitchen and input your ideas onto the menus.
