We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in Leatherhead. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Leatherhead. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. They will also be responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes.

The Person

The Chef De Partie will have:

• Have experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant
• Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
• High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
• Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
• Ideally be able to drive or live locally
• Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
• Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
• Have the confidence to create and be innovative
