My client, a luxury 4 star hotel and spa in Surrey, is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join their team.

The hotel is modern and vibrant and there are 2 restaurants serving contemporary, high quality cuisine.

The hotel has been voted into the top 10 of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For.

The salary for the Sous Chef is £38,000.

£400 to £650 per month service charge on top.

The Sous Chef is in effect 2nd in charge behind the Exec Chef.
