Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission up to 50% + Benefits (£60K OTE Year 1, £90K OTE Year 2)

We are looking for Redbrick Graduates with B2B Sales experience keen to transition their sales acumen into a recruitment setting. Here you will hone your skills to build relationships with clients in the Private Equity space supporting their hiring needs.

We are keen to speak with B2B sales professionals who have experience in closing, 1-2 years.

• Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
• Guiding candidates through the interview process
• Account management
• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
• Closing business deals
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements

• B2B Sales Experience (Min. 12 months)
• Degree Educated 2:1 or above (Redbrick University)
• Strong communication skills
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Tenacious attitude
• Ambitious character
• Competitive nature (Played sport to a high standard)
• Unrivalled work ethic
