Project Manager - Client Side

Head Office in Central London and site visits within M25.

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Benefits

Cobalt has the pleasure of working exclusively on a client-side Project Manager opportunity with an impressive, international investment and development business. This UK arm of a leading Property Investment Firm acquires and develops property across the student accommodation, residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors across London.

Due to an increase in acquisitions and progression to the development phases of their assets, our client is looking to bring on board a talented Project Manager to work closely with the Development Director and support in the delivery of projects from planning through to project completion, responsible for coordinating contracts, administration, stakeholder management, and reporting, ensuring successful delivery to time, cost and quality constraints. Projects include new build, refurbishment, conversion, and refit on their new and existing properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with experience life in consultancy practice that is looking for more autonomy and exposure to the development life-cycle in a client-side environment.

Project Management Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Construction related degree

Working knowledge of administering contracts

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to work independently and part of the wider business

A good decision maker and ability to use your own initiative.
