What will I be responsible for as Reception Supervisor?

As the Reception Supervisor at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Reception Team in overseeing day-to-day operations of the reception desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance guest satisfaction
• Driving sales opportunities, maximizing revenue, and optimizing occupancy levels.
• Leading the Reception Team on a day-to-day basis, alongside duty manager responisbilites
• Staying informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and identifying potential new business opportunities.
