About Our Client

My client is a well-established St. Louis General Contractor experiencing high growth and a robust backlog of local projects. Key markets include Medical/Lab, Select Public Bid, Experimental/Restaurant/Mixed-Use, Multifamily, and Industrial. Average project size is $5M-$10M+. My client has made significant technology investments including: Procore, DESTINI Estimating software, BuildingConnected Bid Solicitation software, Revit/Navisworks, Drone with 2 certified Drone Pilots, Matterport Camera, 360-degree Camera, elevated accounting/compliance software, and iPads for all employees! This client also has a great culture. The President has taken process/strategy from larger firms he has worked for in the past, but left the politics and bureacracy at the door.

Job Description

• Report Directly into President and Director of Construction Operations
• Lead Projects
• Manage a Project Engineer
• Assist Preconstruction Team

The Successful Applicant

Must Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• 8-10+ years of Construction industry experience
• Proven track record running projects $5M-$10M+

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree highly preferred -- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.
• Estimating experience
• Healthcare/Lab, Multifamily, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Industrial project experience
