My client is a nationally accredited contracting firm based in the Greater St. Louis area who is actively seeking to fill a traveling superintendent role. They pride themselves on exceeding expectations through successful planning, design, and construction. Their projects value $40M+ with a strong pipeline of work into the following years. Their hotels are renovated every 10 years and achieve over $100M in revenue each year.

Job Description

• Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
• Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant

• 2-4+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Previous experience in Multifamily Construction preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on larger responsibilities.
