Position Overview
Our company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide support to the Project Managers in implementing projects and ensuring their successful completion. The primary objective of this role is to assist in the coordination and supervision of various tasks throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Assist in developing and managing project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and facilitate issue resolution.
- Support the Project Managers in tracking project budgets and expenses.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Experience with commercial construction projects experience with restaurants preferred.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
