Currently seeking a Lead Superintendents with LARGE project experience for a premier general contractor. This is a position for Superintendent's who havve been the lead on projects from start to finish, LARGE projects of $10M, $30M, $50M+ in the healthcare, higher education, corporate office, hospitality sectors!!

- The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 5 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ in size.
- Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
- Proficiency with safety procedures
- Extensive managerial and people skills
- Materials procurement
- Supervision of self-performed work
