Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the Superintendent will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals and ensuring that all work is conducted safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee and manage construction teams, ensuring that work is conducted safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are met
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Experience builiding high end restaurants
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• Nice to have skills include experience in entertainment and hospitality industries
