Superintendent (TI / Renovations)

Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Plano, TX OR Fort Worth, TX - We have many projects in both locations and do our best to put Superintendents on projects closest to their homes
Salary: $120k-$150k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on TI commercial projects such as office spaces, Retail, Hospitality, etc.

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor focused on TI / Renovations for commercial projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
• Experience TI / Renovation Commercial projects such as office spaces, retail, Hospitality, etc.
