Salary: $90,000-$135,000

What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Manager in the hotel and resort industry, you will be responsible for managing the entire development process from start to finish, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. You will be working with teams to ensure that all projects are completed according to plan and that customer expectations are exceeded.
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of development projects, from initial concept to final completion. You will be responsible for overseeing construction, budgeting, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities also include:
-Validate the scope & scope of work change
-Negotiate contracts & administrate & participate in site visits to monitor/report accuracy, quality, & progression of work
-Ensure contract documents & well-coordinate. Produce & evaluate value0engineering opportunities
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for a construction manager with at least 3+ years of experience in the hotel and resort industry, preferably with experience in ground-up, renovation, site work, six-frame, and podium projects.
Must have experience with hospitality, hotel, multi-family, and commercial projects. Experience working with Hilton, Marriott, and Best Western is a plus. Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
