Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor – Seaside Hotel - Devon

Salary: Up to £30,000 + accommodation

Location: Devon

A great opportunity has become available at the fantastic hotel in Devon. I am recruiting a passionate & knowledgeable F&B Supervisor to oversee the restaurant and bar at this luxury spa. As F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service.

About the position

• Responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar
• Opening and closing the outlets
• Drive staff training to the highest level
• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met

The successful candidate

• Will have previous restaurant or bar experience
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Closing experience
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
• Supervisor experience
