Brigade size: 8-12 Chefs

Salary: 70k

Bonus: 5k

Report to: Owner

Group size: 2 sites

Location: Soho

I am working with a top Italian fine dining restaurant in Soho. We are looking for a talented and creative head chef to run this popular site with a team of 10 chefs.

You will need passion, creativity, leadership, and a love of Italian food!

You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and monitor high standards across the site.

There is seasonal creativity with this role and covers can reach up to 250 per day. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known group - Apply today!
