Job Role: Group Head Chef

Salary:75k plus bonus

Food Style: Premium Restaurant Group

Group Size: 7 Sites

Restaurant Size: 100-150 covers

Daily Covers: up to 250 per day when busy

Brigade size: 8-10 chefs per site

Report to: Head of food

Travel: Paid

This is a top restaurant group we have teamed up with to source a talented and experienced group head chef. The group operates 6 different brands with up to 4 menu changes per year and they need a group head chef that can support the head of food to develop menu ideas, recruit train and retain BOH staff and also be hands on at the sites delivering top quality service.

We are looking for a passionate chef who can deliver fine dining, handle volume, team management and help to develop and implement menus across the sites.
