Immediately Available Lawyer opportunity, 5PQE, 3 month interim, Bluechip Hospitality business

Immediately available - Hospitality Sector, Bluechip business, circa 5 Years PQE

We are working with a global bluechip business who are seeking an immediately available lawyer on an interim basis for 3 months, with potential to be extended or go permanent. Reporting to the Head of Legal you will work across all business commercial legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solutions-focused lawyer who enjoys being client-facing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• You will provide commercial and corporate legal support to the business including acquisition, lease, joint venture, or other transactional activity.

• You will provide legal support to the operations team on day-to-day issues including coordinating with clients, safety and security Director on contract variations, compliance, payment and other client related issues.

• Provide legal support to corporate functions including HLG, HR, Tax and Finance.

• Provide training to functions within the business and clients on legal and compliance issues.

You will come with:

• Minimum 5 years PQE

• Law Degree or equivalent and a qualified Solicitor

• Strong influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key owners, internal stakeholders and results delivery

• Good commercial acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
