Senior Electrical (Building Services) Design Engineer - To £65K

In addition to a basic salary of up to £65K, they are offering progression to Associate level (Associates typically earn between £65K to £75K), a pension, cycle-to-work scheme, interest-free season ticket loan, annual bonus, private medical insurance, regular CPD sessions, an annual company away trip, weekly social activities, annual salary review/increase, and plenty of support and guidance from the hands-on Directors.

With a new MEP Director recently appointed, a clear and realistic five-year plan, and full backing from the board, they are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to help drive their office forward.

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will enjoy working on projects from concept stage through to commissioning, handover, and post-occupancy.

They are an employee-led, privately owned business, dedicated to attracting, developing, rewarding, and promoting from within.

You will lead the design of the full suite of Electrical Building Services for projects such as hotels, schools, hospitals, high-rise residential towers, and state-of-the-art science and research facilities.

For this role, they seek someone with at least five years experience in a consultancy environment who can work in the UK without requiring sponsorship. Their ideal Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer will be comfortable leading projects, capable of assisting with bid preparation and fee submissions, and able to manage or mentor Junior/Intermediate Engineers.
