Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial enquiry to post-event follow-up
- Design detailed table plans and event schedules to bring events to life.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams (such as bars, catering, and technical departments) to ensure all event needs are met seamlessly.
- Coordinate and manage client information and special requests with precision.
- Maintain and update our database using HubSpot CRM to keep all event details clear and concise
- Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the venue during events.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven leadership skills in a similar role within conference or event management.
- Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to make things happen to achieve or exceed anticipated results
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, especially with event planning software and CRM systems.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or the hotel industry is required
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per the event schedule.
