Sous Chef

Ottolenghi Hampstead are on the lookout for an experienced and skilful Sous Chef to join our team. We are a family of restaurants and delis with 9 venues in London. Our Hampstead restaurant is less then a year old and is already a staple of the local community, serving diners breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a great catering and deli offering.

If you are an ambitious sous chef looking to explore different parts of the restaurant business and be part of a great team, you will enjoy working with us!

As Sous Chef at Ottolenghi Hampstead you will be:

Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Hampstead, we treat each other as we do our guests

Supporting the Head Chef, overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant and/or deli

Passionate about food, have a creative flair, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality food

Developing and designing menus with the Head Chef and Executive Chef that reflect Ottolenghis values

Supporting the Head Chef managing food and labour costs, including stock takes to ensure profitability and budget targets are met
