Southdowns Manor is a family run, multi award winning exclusive use wedding and events venue situated between Midhurst and Petersfield but within easy reach of Chichester and Portsmouth. We host around 200 + exclusive use events per year and pride ourselves on customer service excellence and always providing the best product. Due to this we have built up an excellent reputation within the South Coast and beyond.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within the hospitality industry although is not essential as full training will be given.

The successful applicant will:

-Preferably have experience within housekeeping and hospitality

-Have experience working in a busy enviroment

-Understand stock rotation and ordering

-Be proactive

-Hold and undertake the same principles set out by the Operations Manager & senior management i.e. having a friendly, non-intrusive, professional approach to all guests and always going that extra 10%

-Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures

Hours of work are normally starting from 8am until early afternoon. We are always as flexible as possible with working hours and appreciate a healthy work life balance for everyone.

The salary offered is based on working roughly 30 hours per week.

Your own transport is essential due to the location of the venue and lack of public transport amenities locally.
