Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for high street Opticians
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing referrers
• Analyse territories and identify market share potential
• Plan and execute efficient travel routes in your assigned area
• Promote and attend events, open evenings, presentations, conferences, and exhibitions
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong self-management and workload organisation
• Full, clean driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organised with adaptable planning skills
