£32,000 starting salary including £3,532 car allowance + 5% bonus

Youll be overseeing all aspects of Non-Ferrous operations across the yards. This will include organising shipping, maintaining stock counts and dealing with customers. Youll also be inspecting and grading Non-Ferrous metals in line with the criteria and tools provided. Youll supervise and train colleagues to ensure all procedures involving Non-Ferrous metals are followed across various yards. In the absence of the yard manager, youll be covering the yard ensuring operations run smoothly.

The yard has plenty going on so youll need to be organised with a hands on approach. Youll have previous knowledge of scrap metals, ideally youll have Non-Ferrous metals experience. Whats most important to us is that you have previously supervised and trained colleague as this will be an integral part of the role.

Were a recycling company. We recycle scrap metal into reinforcing steel which is used in infrastructure projects such as Wembley Stadium and The Shard. Without scrap metal we couldnt function, which is why your role is so important to what we do.
