Job Description

Sous Chef £45,000 - £50,000 - Central London

This is a fantastic new opportunity for a Sous Chef to work closely with an award-winning Executive Chef in this acclaimed 100 cover fine dining restaurant.

As Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation.

Youll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern British cuisine with other influences, with the opportunity to contribute your ideas towards changing menus

The Person

Previous experience within high-end 2 AA Rosette + standard restaurants as either a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression, as well as sound knowledge of modern British/European Cuisine.

An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.

Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.

Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
