Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations for major construction projects near Slough.
• Working with closely with additional site managers reporting into the on-site Project Manager to deliver successful packages including internals and externals
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols on site.
• Provide leadership and support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise site activities, including coordinating resources, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
