Marketing Director – £110K - £130K – Hybrid – London – Luxury Hospitality

You will be reporting to the CEO, and work across the whole business to create strategised marketing plans to dive into new markets for optimised exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and email marketing
• Work with stakeholders to develop the global digital strategy with analytic backing
• Apply A/B testing, and segmentation to enhance campaign performance and customer acquisition costs
• Work with the CEO to track budget and report regularly on this to the senior leadership team
• Manage strong relationships with agencies and suppliers
• Manage 1 direct report but work alongside the technical side of the business too

Skills & Experience

• Experience within the Luxury Hospitality industry in an international market is essential for the role (15+ years)
• Hands on and technical experience within all digital channels (including paid search, social media, and SEO)
• Strong communication skills to be a problem solver for the business
• Conduct in depth research to identify new opportunities in new markets for the business
• Results driven and commercial mindset is the type of individual we are looking for, someone ready to challenge themselves and take the brand to a new level.
