Architectural Technologist

Successful and long standing studio that has a sizeable team delivering projects in two key sectors. The sectors the company operate in include hospitality (hotels, bars, restaurants, clubs) where they are a studio of choice for both new build and refurbishment projects. There is another team that are focused on multi-unit new build residential schemes, working with developers of all sizes. Both teams are recruiting for new Architectural Technologists.

Position Overview:

The Architectural Technologist will work closely with the senior team, contributing to a range of projects. This role is integral to ensuring the technical aspects of these projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive drawing packages.

• Ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate efficiently with other design professionals to deliver cohesive project outcomes.

• Guarantee that all projects meet the necessary technical standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist or in a related position, with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in the UK.

• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations

• Ideally already holds CIAT or MCIAT accreditation.

• Proficient in either AutoCAD OR Autodesk Revit, with significant experience in using the software.

• Advanced technical skills.

• Relevant sector project experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are vital.
