Job Description

At Bidwells, our project Management team in Cambridge is ever growing. The Project Management team provides the project management of construction projects, contract administration and fund monitoring to clients, to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.


We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience working within another property consultancy and will be experienced working on large scale real estate projects.


The successful candidate will be working on market-leading projects across the entirety of the region. The team focus largely on Science and Tech projects, Oxbridge college projects aswell as commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure projects. We're highly regarded in the local market and work on some of the region's most influential projects.

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for the delivery of exciting, complex and challenging construction projects from inception to completion, and your responsibilities will range from developing strategic project programmes, through to securing construction contracts and their administration.


About you:

- RICS qualified with numerous years PQE experience

- Experience working within a property consultancy

- Knowledge of working on large-scale projects

- Enthusiastic, self motivated, high attention to detail and well organised

- Desire to progress

- Strong at developing new business

- Excellent communicator in person and via email/phone

- Strong relationship building skills

- Understand the importance of internal working relationships
