Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career and join a dynamic company that can offer excellent career prospects.

They specialise in hospitality, luxury hotels and high-end residential projects. Over time due to the natural progression of the company their portfolio has also expanded with other projects such as retail, student accommodation, restaurants and bars. As mentioned, our client is based in London but does other satellite offices in Europe.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of a years' experience in a similar role, experience in residential and hotel projects are advantageous.

Experience is required for this position as they're not currently seeking a fresh graduate for this opportunity. This would suitable for anyone Assistant level to PQS.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Job Type: Permanent

• Projects: High- End Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed Use
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - (37.5 per week, 9.00 am. to 5.30 pm.)

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within the industry post-graduation
• Residential & Hotel Experience not essential however advantageous
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Happy with a degree of travel
