About the Role

Imagine being the first person to welcome our guests into an unforgettable experience! As a Reservationist, youll be at the heart of their journey, often being the first point of contact when theyre choosing to stay with us at one of our five incredible properties in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Youll handle everything from their initial enquiry to confirming their booking, ensuring every detail is perfect and seamless.

Youll connect with guests through calls, emails, and messages, managing room reservations, group bookings, and general enquiries. Plus, youll collaborate with our Sales, Meetings & Events (M&E), and Revenue teams to ensure were maximizing bookings while keeping our systems and data up to date. Youll build lasting relationships with repeat guests and help ensure we remain their top choice for future stays.

About You

• Experience: Youve worked in a similar role or a hotel environment where handling reservations was part of your day-to-day.
