My Client...Is an independent Boutique Hotel, bar & Restaurant, winning accolades for the good food, wine and hospitality it offers its regular patrons and clientele alike. A great place with cool design in a historic building - part of a bigger group of highly acclaimed Restaurants.
The Person & Job...

• Chef De Partie position - live in available
• Temporary position to begin with - scope to stay if you prove your culinary expertise
• Some straights / some splits - business can accommodate either
• Experience with fresh produce is a must for this Restaurant - all produce is fresh
• Happy to get involved and assist the team in any tasks that need to be done
• Need to be good with fresh fish, and sauce section as a Chef De Partie
• Ultimate Team Player - flexible
