Assistant Conference & Banqueting Supervisor – Luxury Hotel - Essex

Salary: Up to £27,000 + Tronc & Service Charge

Location: Essex

I am currently recruiting for a C&B Supervisor to join this luxury hotel set in this historic estate in Essex. My client is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to help deliver the most memorable experience for the guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic hotel with stunning landscape gardens.

About the venue and company

• Historic country estate
• 100 bedrooms, restaurant, event & conference rooms, cocktail bar, garden terrace

About the position

• Support the C&B manager with all activities
• Oversee all conference & banqueting events
• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Work closely with all departments

The successful candidate

• Will have previous C&B experience in hotels or events
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Well organised with strong communication skills
