Job Description
TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a building consultancy who are looking for a Retrofit Assessor to carry out assessments on Social Housing properties in South Wales.
This role will involve undertaking Retrofit and Stock Condition Surveys of around 400 dwellings on behalf of housing associations in Swansea and Cardiff. This will be through the SHDF scheme with work expected to last around 5-6 months
All surveys will be carried out on Asset Management software, no lodgement is required as this is purely a data population exercise.
We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessments, although training will be provided.

- Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
- Any insulation measures.
- Creating EPRs
- Drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
- Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessments, although training will be provided.
