Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel that boasts two separate bars; the Java Lounge Café Bar & the Courtyard Bar. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit aFull Time Bar Managerto join our exciting team. You will be required to:

• Ensure the highest standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will recruit, train, and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements.
• You will also ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
• You will manage all bar facilities, supporting all staff and guests needs.
• Complete Bar duties such as serving drinks.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as Bar Manager in 100+ bedroom hotel. You will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
